Refund policy
Standard Returns: For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare products. All sales are final once a product seal is broken or the product has been used.
Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Unopened Products: Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided a return authorization is obtained from our customer service team. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process: Approved refunds for eligible cases (damaged/defective/unopened) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
